Keep in mind that the FOIA has recently been changed to allow submitting FOIA's via Email.
If there is an email address within the contact data, you might consider sending the request via email.
I would suggest addressing the email to your personal email account as well so you have a
copy of what was sent, and when it was sent.
Electronic Reading Rooms
Where possible, the federal government makes available on web sites, information that may
be requested frequently under the Freedom of Information Act. This is usually done through an Electronic Reading Room on
that agency's web site.
I have visited many of these reading rooms, there is usually very little useful
information posted.
