Below is the cover letter received along with copies of Briefing Slides used during a secret meeting between the Presidential Special Oversight Board and the Office of the Special Assistant for Gulf War Illnesses held in July 1998.

The FOIA response cover letter acknowledges the secret meeting took place by providing the slides, and shows further violations of the law and PSOB's charter due to the lack of a transcript of the meeting.
